ok...so here goes...I found a running partner and we're going to start tomorrow before work. Probably no to far...I'm hoping for at least a mile.
OK, i lied. I'd love to be able to run a HALF mile at a moderate pace without stopping. I am very afraid at how bad of shape my lungs are in. My legs on the other hand should be ok. I've been playing goalie for many years on various ice hockey teams so my thighs are massive...maybe to big to run? Yet I have skinny calves....who knows?
In any event there is SOOO much info out there....I read something yesterday about special "running" socks? What the heck are those/ I'll go to Dick's tonight and investigate...more tomorrow...much love.... Scary
